What are AI-assisted clinical notes?
They are editable clinical-note drafts prepared with AI assistance from context available to the workflow. The practitioner reviews, edits and completes the final record.
How does ASE Schedule create treatment-note drafts?
For an eligible note, ASE Schedule can use the appointment and patient connection, practitioner profession, selected template, template field instructions, current input, previous completed notes and configured de-identified examples. The available context depends on the note and practice setup.
Does ASE Schedule record or transcribe consultations?
No. The verified treatment-note workflow drafts from information supplied to or already connected with the note workflow. It is not a consultation recording or automatic transcription service.
Does the practitioner review the AI-generated note?
Yes. AI output starts as an editable draft marked for review. The practitioner checks and edits it before completing the clinical record.
Can ASE Schedule use previous treatment notes as context?
For eligible workflows, a previous completed treatment note can provide continuity context for the next appointment-linked draft.
Can I use my own treatment-note templates?
ASE Schedule can use selected saved treatment-note templates, their structured fields and configured field instructions. This does not imply that every profession-specific template is supplied by default.
Are AI drafts automatically saved as final clinical records?
No. Generated notes remain editable drafts requiring practitioner review and completion.
Can ASE Schedule prepare drafts for multiple appointments?
Eligible incomplete sessions can be prepared in a batch or through configured automation. Every result remains a draft requiring practitioner review.
How are AI credits used?
AI activity consumes credits based on usage. The 30-day Medical & Allied Health trial includes 1,000 free AI credits once. Unused free credits expire when the trial ends, and paid subscriptions include no free AI credits or monthly renewal. Additional packs contain 100 credits for A$2. Credits do not represent a fixed number of clinical notes. See Pricing for the current details.
How much does ASE Schedule cost?
Medical & Allied Health costs A$38 per month excluding GST (A$41.80 including GST), with the first active user included. Additional active users cost A$33 per month each excluding GST (A$36.30 including GST).
Is there a free trial?
Yes. No card is required at signup. The original 30-day Medical & Allied Health trial includes 1,000 free AI credits and 200 free SMS credits once. Unused free trial credits expire when the trial ends; paid subscriptions include no free AI or SMS credits and the allowances do not renew monthly. Optional credit top-ups and add-ons cost extra. SMS requires the relevant sender and channel setup.
Is a payment method required for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial starts when you create the account. If no payment method has been added, the owner is reminded with 7, 3 and 1 days remaining and can add one securely through Stripe. The first subscription charge occurs when the trial ends only while automatic billing is active.
