Yes. Chiropractors can create and review structured treatment notes and use optional AI-assisted drafts for eligible notes. The practitioner remains responsible for reviewing and completing the clinical record.
Yes. Practices can set practitioner availability and offer available appointments through an online booking page.
Yes. You can organise practitioner access and calendars within the practice. The first active user is included in the Medical & Allied Health base subscription, and each additional active practitioner or staff user is $33 AUD per month excluding GST ($36.30 including GST).
Yes. Patient files, referrer details, letters and reports can be kept within the patient workflow. Supported documents can be downloaded or sent using the available email or fax workflow.
No direct HICAPS claiming or terminal integration is claimed. ASE Schedule can record HICAPS payment information alongside other payment methods.
Relevant existing clinical context supports an editable AI-assisted draft. The chiropractor reviews and edits that draft, adds their clinical judgement and completes the final note.
Medical & Allied Health is $38 AUD per month excluding GST ($41.80 including GST) for the first active user. Each additional active practitioner or staff user is $33 AUD per month excluding GST ($36.30 including GST). See the Pricing page for billing-cycle discounts and usage details.
Yes. No card is required at signup. The original 30-day trial includes 1,000 free AI credits and 200 free SMS credits once. Unused free trial credits expire when the trial ends. Paid subscriptions include no free AI or SMS credits, and the allowances do not renew monthly. Optional credit top-ups and add-ons cost extra. SMS requires the relevant sender and channel setup. The first subscription charge occurs after the trial only while automatic billing is active.
No. Your account and full 30-day trial start immediately. If you want the subscription to continue automatically, add a payment method securely through Stripe before the trial ends.
