After you confirm your email

Invite your team: Open Settings → Users & practitioners to invite staff into your clinic. Invited staff get their first 30 days free from the day they accept. The additional-user fee applies after their trial; pending invitations are free. A separate signup creates a separate clinic subscription.

Secure your account: Enable Google Authenticator in Security settings for extra protection.
